Wonderful recipe! This is excellent chili. I did make some changes while. I applied two (1 big, just one medium) red conical sweet peppers, 1 Anaheim pepper, one Poblano pepper, and one particular environmentally friendly Jalapeño pepper. I did not specifically measure every one of the spices so there is probably a bit more of each and every in mi
